The alpine cheese factory can be visited spontaneously. Make a stopover in the beautiful hiking area of the Schwarzsee and watch live how cheesemaker Bernard Schneuwly produces cheese in a very traditional Swiss way. It is recommended for larger groups to book a guided tour, so that Bernard can show you around the dairy in person.
